1、四工序開(kāi)料機(jī)配置雙工序排鉆數(shù)控開(kāi)料機(jī)是兩個(gè)主軸加一個(gè)排鉆包，一個(gè)主軸負(fù)責(zé)開(kāi)料，一個(gè)主軸負(fù)責(zé)劃槽，然后配合5+4鉆包進(jìn)行垂直孔操作，實(shí)現(xiàn)多個(gè)孔位同時(shí)打孔的功能。

1. The four process cutting machine is configured with double process row drilling. The CNC cutting machine is composed of two spindles and a row drilling package. One spindle is responsible for cutting and the other is responsible for slotting. Then, it cooperates with the 5 + 4 drilling package for vertical hole operation, so as to realize the function of drilling holes at multiple positions at the same time.

四工序開(kāi)料機(jī)是由四個(gè)主軸組成，通過(guò)氣動(dòng)換刀，可以安裝不同的家具實(shí)現(xiàn)板式家具開(kāi)料、打孔、開(kāi)槽、櫥柜門板銑型等工藝。

2、四工序數(shù)控開(kāi)料機(jī)支持四把刀自動(dòng)換刀功能，與雙工序排鉆開(kāi)料機(jī)相比較，無(wú)法多鉆頭同時(shí)打孔，做柜體加工效率比雙工序排鉆低很多。

3、四工序開(kāi)料機(jī)用途廣，既可以做柜體又可以加工門板，對(duì)于中小型櫥柜、衣柜廠來(lái)說(shuō)，本身產(chǎn)量不是很高，但是可以一機(jī)兩用，而且預(yù)算比較低，那么選擇四工序開(kāi)料機(jī)是比較劃算的。雙工序排鉆數(shù)控開(kāi)料機(jī)主要用于柜體的加工，打孔速度比四工序開(kāi)料機(jī)要快的多。
